This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements the MoveTube Privacy Policy and applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to Realty Stars, Inc. d/b/a MoveTube (“MoveTube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Notice explains the categories of personal information MoveTube collects, the purposes for which we use that information, the categories of parties to whom information may be disclosed, and the privacy rights available to California residents.

The CCPA defines “personal information” broadly to include information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or household.

MoveTube does not ordinarily collect Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, passport numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, biometric identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or other highly sensitive information through its ordinary consumer property-search experience.
Account authentication information may constitute sensitive personal information under California law. We use such information to provide and secure accounts and not for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.
Sources of Personal Information
MoveTube collects personal information directly from consumers when they register, make inquiries, save properties or searches, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services.
We may also collect information automatically through MoveTube websites, applications, television applications and property-search technology.
Information may also be received or processed through Realty.com, service providers, participating real estate or lending professionals, analytics providers, hosting providers, communications providers, and other companies that assist us in operating the Services.
How We Use Personal Information
MoveTube may use personal information to operate and provide our websites, TV applications and property-search services; create and maintain user accounts; provide property search results; save searches, favorites and preferences; respond to property inquiries and customer-service requests; connect consumers with real estate or lending professionals when appropriate to the requested service; provide service-related communications; maintain security; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized scraping; analyze and improve the Services; comply with MLS and data-provider requirements; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We limit the collection, use and retention of personal information to purposes reasonably necessary and proportionate to providing our Services and other disclosed purposes, consistent with applicable law.
Realty.com and Property-Search Services
MoveTube licenses property-search technology and nationwide real-estate listing-data services from Realty.com.
Property searches initiated through MoveTube may be provided through a Realty.com-hosted or Realty.com-licensed search experience, including MoveTube.Realty.com.
Realty.com and related service infrastructure may process information necessary to provide property searches, property-detail displays, registrations, saved searches, analytics, security and related functionality.
Property listing information provided by MLSs, brokers, Realty.com or other authorized real-estate data sources is separate from the personal information MoveTube collects about a consumer.
Disclosure of Personal Information for Business Purposes
During the preceding 12 months, MoveTube has disclosed or may have disclosed relevant categories of personal information to service providers and contractors that assist us with hosting, infrastructure, property-search technology, MLS and real-estate data, analytics, communications, customer support, cybersecurity and application development.
We may also disclose information to Realty.com; participating real estate or lending professionals in connection with a consumer’s registration, inquiry or requested service; professional advisers; governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law; and parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring or sale of some or all of the business.
Service providers and contractors may use personal information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
MoveTube does not operate as a data broker and does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as part of its ordinary business model.
California law defines “sale” and “sharing” more broadly than the ordinary meaning of those terms. In particular, certain transfers involving advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising can constitute “sharing” even when no money is paid for the information.
To the extent MoveTube uses technology or services that constitute a sale or sharing under California law, California residents may opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page.
MoveTube also honors qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), where required by law.
Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may have the following rights.
Right to Know and Access
You may request information concerning the personal information MoveTube has collected about you, including categories of information, categories of sources, business or commercial purposes for collecting or using it, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of personal information.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information MoveTube has collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
Right to Correct
You may request that MoveTube correct inaccurate personal information maintained about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You may direct MoveTube not to sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Right to Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information
Where MoveTube uses or discloses sensitive personal information in a manner that gives rise to a right to limit under California law, you may request that we limit that use or disclosure.
Right to Non-Discrimination
MoveTube will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.

Depending on the request, we may need to verify your identity before providing, correcting or deleting personal information.
Information requested for verification will be used only as reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect personal information against unauthorized access or deletion.
Requests to opt out of sale or sharing will not require you to create a MoveTube account.
Authorized Agents
A California resident may designate an authorized agent to submit certain privacy requests on the resident’s behalf.
We may request reasonable evidence that the agent is authorized to act for the consumer and may, where permitted by law, request that the consumer verify their identity directly with MoveTube.
Requests Concerning Children
MoveTube’s general consumer Services are not directed to children under 13, and MoveTube does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those Services.
MoveTube does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 in violation of California law.
Retention of Personal Information
MoveTube retains personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected.
Retention periods vary depending upon the type of information and may take into account the duration of a consumer account or relationship, the need to provide requested services, security and fraud-prevention needs, contractual or MLS requirements, dispute-resolution requirements, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for a legitimate business or legal purpose, we may delete, anonymize or deidentify it.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where required under California law, MoveTube processes recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with the browser or device sending the signal.
An opt-out preference signal applies to the browser or device from which it is sent and, where we can reasonably associate the signal with a known consumer account, may also be applied to that account as required by law.
Changes to This California Privacy Rights Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices, Services, technology or applicable law.
The Effective Date at the top of this page identifies when the Notice was most recently revised.
